Definiteley fraud application trying to suck out tiny ammount money as convincing as possible, especially when error occured from the server. Money was sent for the ticket, yet none of the paid ticket was shown. Slow app responses and overall bad quality of service. Hard to believe that this app is one of the public service for transportation, and the services never pay much respect for the schedule set. Better not respond to this one, because of course it will be another copy paste. Shameless

The fare on this app is slightly more expensive than if one was to use the MRT app or card. It's also really annoying and have bugs. I don't recommend this app unless you have multiple transfers (bus, train etc)
